Impact and Leadership in Fintech

During my career, I have been recognized for my work in positioning the fintech iBAN Online and for my outstanding role as a young woman in the financial world. Since co-founding iBAN Online in 2016, I have led its growth from the Dominican Republic to Mexico. promoting inclusion and equity in the industry.

In my 7 years of management, I developed business, marketing and technology strategies that positioned the company as a benchmark in innovation. We provided more than 2 billion in financing to more than 400 people and SMEs, managing a team of more than 250 executives in Mexico. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our sales and positioning strategies proved to be highly efficient.

I also participated as a founding member of the Dominican Fintech Association (ADOFINTECH). I am proud to have led transformative projects in the financial field with an inclusive and diverse approach.
